1. PURPOSE

1.1 The receiver SEARCH-2006m (hereinafter - receiver). Designed to search for any type of damages in any power cables with voltage of 0.4-35 kV electro-acoustic and induction methods

The receiver may be used:

  • to determine the electro-acoustic method injury site underground power cables in spark breakdown at core to the shell (MP type SP);
  • to determine the electro-acoustic method locations of underground power cable fault with a remote single-phase circuit cable core to shell (MP type GOZ);
  • to solve the electro-acoustic method the problem of choosing a specific cable from a bunch of open cables;
  • identify locations poor contact shell with cable gland;
  • determining the route of the cable and the fault location induction method;
  • determining the depth of the cable occurrence;
  • determining the leak in the insulation of the cable sheath XLPE or pipeline potentials nym method;
  • determine leak into the low voltage cable core insulation to the ground potential by

    1.2.. The receiver is designed for operation in the mobile electrical laboratories, having in its composition electroacoustic shock wave generator (GAUV) with parameters:

    • storage capacity for fault location type SDO-300-400 uF
    • at a charging voltage of 5-10 kV;
    • 0.2-1 Hz the pulse frequency

      This embodiment is suitable for searching GAUV damage type SDO..

      to determine the type of damages SP - the storage capacity can be reduced to 1-5 uF

      in addition to routing the cable under test (i.e., determining the routing of the cable at the location) required. tone generator capacity not less than 20 watts with silicified frequencies from 160 to 10,000 Hz (e.g., generator GZCH-2500).

      to determine the fault location in cables type interfacial circuit required sound frequency generator, frequency 160-10000 Hz, output power of 100 W (e.g., GZCH-2500) /

      1.3. A receiver for use in the field in the ambient temperature range from -20 to + 40C, relative humidity of 85% and a pressure of from 600 to 800 mm Hg. v.

      NOTE. The lower limit is determined by the operating temperature operability at this temperature and LCD power supply
