1.1. PURPOSE METER

1.1.1. Installation of measuring dielectric loss of liquid dielectrics & laquo; Tangent-3M-3 & raquo; is intended to measure the dielectric loss tangent of transformer oil and other liquid dielectrics conducted according to GOST 6581-75.

1.3 SPECIFICATIONS

1.3.1 Device & laquo;. TANGENT-3M-3 & raquo; provides in normal conditions of use measuring dielectric loss tangent (tg & delta;) and the capacity of samples of liquid dielectrics (Cx) in the ranges of the main measurement error, below:

- Measurement of tan range of the dielectric loss angle of 1. 10 -4 to 0,99;

- maximum permissible absolute basic error in the measurement of the dielectric loss tangent (1) + (2. 10-4 + 0,05 tg & delta;)%; < p> - capacitance measurement range at a test voltage of 1.5 kV to 2 from 5 pF to 100 pF;

- maximum permissible absolute error in the measurement of capacitance at frequency of 50Hz 1 pF Cx + 0.01;

- maximum permissible absolute error in the measurement of capacitance at frequency of 54Hz 1 pF Cx + 0.03;

-limit deviation of the measured liquid temperature from the set temperature, & deg; C 1;

- maximum permissible absolute basic error in the measurement of the dielectric loss tangent (2) + (2,5 10-4 + 0,07 tg &. delta;);

- maximum permissible relative error in the measurement of RMS voltage at a frequency of 50 Hz in the range of voltage measuring from 1 to 2 kV +3%;

1.3.2 & laquo;. TANGENT-3M-3 & raquo; provides the output of measurement results on the liquid crystal display (LCD) display unit.

1.3.3 Relationship between the high-voltage measuring unit and the display unit is carried on a radio channel in the frequency range 845-945 MHz. Stability of the radio at a distance 5-7 m level is provided in transmitter output power of 1 mW.

1.3.4 Image numbers and symbols on the display distinguishably at least 0.8 m at an external illuminance of 10 to 1,000 lux .

1.3.5 & laquo; TANGENT-3M-3 & raquo; under normal operating conditions and the application is ready to operate for no more than 2 minutes. after switching on.

1.3.6 Duration of continuous operation is determined by power consumption electrochemical batteries used in the display unit. (When the battery capacity of 1800 mA & bull; h operation time display unit is not less than 10 hours.)

1.5 DEVICE

1.5.1 Device & laquo; TANGENT-3M-3 & raquo; It consists of the main unit & laquo; TAN-BO & raquo ;, hereinafter & laquo; TAN-BO & raquo ;, consisting of a heating cabinet or thermostat measuring unit with a control unit and display module & laquo; TANGENT-3M-3-MI & raquo ;. Communication between the measurement unit and the display module is carried out by radio. The main unit & laquo; TAN-BO & raquo; It heats three samples of dielectric liquid to a predetermined temperature, measuring the parameters of liquid dielectrics and transmitting data to the display module & laquo; TANGENT-3M-3-MI & raquo; . The display module in a plastic housing type KM103. On the front side are placed - the LCD screen and the controls and indicators described in the caption label. The side wall is jack adapter charger (9-12V, 300-900 mA).

On the back wall there is an access cover to the compartment supply. Power & laquo; TANGENT-3M-3-MI & raquo; It is made from four cylindrical nickel-metal hydride batteries of AA size 1.2 voltage and capacity of 1800-2500 mA & times;. h

1.5.4 measuring cell apparatus shown in Figure 5. The cell is made of stainless steel. As used insulators ring of fluoroplastic. The cell can be easily disassembled and meets the requirements of GOST 6581-75. Details cells made with sufficient accuracy and allow for multiple disassembly, cleaning and drying

1.6 Work product

1.6.1 & laquo;. TANGENT-3M-3 & raquo; It represents a set of electronic devices, measuring the following parameters simultaneously:

- load current (complex quantity);

- load voltage (scalar);

- load voltage (vector quantity);

- test voltage frequency;

- temperature of the dielectric liquid sample;

- air temperature in an oven;

- heating time, etc

From these data, the electronic device disposed in the main unit & laquo; TAN-BO & raquo ;, calculates the capacitance Cx of the test object.. and tangent tg & delta dielectric loss; and transmits the data by radio to the display unit, where they are displayed on the screen. Furthermore, the microprocessor of the main unit heats the dielectric fluid sample to a predetermined temperature and applying a high voltage to these samples

1.8 Packaging

1.8.1 Packing should be done only after full alignment device temperature and the ambient temperature of the room where the packaging is made. The room in which is made preservation and packaging, must be clean, relative humidity should not exceed 70% at an ambient temperature of 20 & plusmn; 5 & deg; C

1.8.2 Blocks device to be packed must not have. damage anticorrosive coating must be reliably protected from the external environment
