1 DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCTS

1.1 PURPOSE METER

1.1.1 IPD-10 is designed to measure tangent tg & delta dielectric loss; and capacitance high-voltage insulation C with maintenance, repair, adjustment, testing different energy objects as in their place of installation, and in laboratories, and also for measuring the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance various electric insulating materials.

1.1.2 The FPI-10 is made by meeting the requirements of GOST 22261 for electronic measuring devices group 4.

1.2 operating conditions

1.2.1 FPI-10 has the following normal conditions of use :

        1.2.4 Operation of products can be made by one operator among electrical staff to examine the document, after training in practical use the product, and having a group of safety in installations with a voltage over 1,000 V not less than the third

        1.3.3 IPD-10 allows measurement of & laquo; normal & raquo; / & laquo; direct & raquo; and & laquo; inverted & raquo; / & laquo; inverted & raquo; measurement schemes that provides a measure of insulation objects parameters as with isolated or grounded pin.

        1.3.4 IPD-10 provides an output of measurement results on the liquid crystal display (LCD) display unit. The connection between the high-voltage measuring unit and the display unit is carried on a radio channel in the frequency range 845-945 MHz, with 1 mW output power of the transmitter at a distance of 5-7 m.

        1.3.5 Image numbers and symbols on the display distinguishably distance not less than 0.8 m at an external illuminance of 10 to 1,000 lux.

        1.3.6 IPD-10 in normal operating conditions and the application is ready to operate for no more than 1 minute after switching.

        1.3.7 The duration of the meter is determined by power consumption used by the electrochemical battery. When the battery capacity of 1800 mA & middot; hour operation time is not less than 8 hours

        1.3.8 MTBF for the operating conditions of application of at least 4000 h

        1.5 DEVICE METER

        & nbsp;

        1.5.1 IPD-10 the principle of operation is a vector measuring complex impedance parameters (vektormetr).

        The composition of the meter includes a high voltage unit, display unit.

        The connection between the high unit and the display unit is carried out by radio .

        1.5.2 high voltage Schematic block diagram is shown in Figure 1, and its appearance and design & ndash; Figures 2 and 3.

        1.5.3 Appearance IPI-10MI display unit is shown in Figure 4.

        The display unit is configured in a plastic shockproof type KM103 housing. On the front side are placed - the LCD screen and the controls and indicators described in the caption label. The side wall is jack adapter charger (9-12V, 300-900 mA).

        1.6 METER OPERATION <. p> 1.6.1 this section describes the operation of

        1.6.2 FDI FDI-10-meter 10 is a set of electronic devices, measuring the four parameters simultaneously:.

        - load current ( complex quantity);

        - load voltage (scalar);

        - load voltage (vector quantity);

        - test voltage frequency

        From these data, the electronic device disposed in the high voltage unit calculates the capacitance Cx of the test object and tangent tg & delta dielectric loss; and transmits the data by radio to the display unit, where they are displayed on the screen.

        1.6.3 Depending on the characteristics of the test object to measure the losses in the insulation can be used the so-called & Laquo; inverted & raquo; (& Laquo; inverse & raquo;) test circuit, or & laquo; direct & raquo; (& Laquo; normal & raquo;) (Figures 5 and 6)
