1. PURPOSE
1.1. The test setup D-140-2 (hereinafter in the text & ndash; D-140-2) designed for use in mobile electrical or stationary test bench for testing the insulation of high-voltage insulators, cables and other devices and accessories constant (up to 140 kV) and varying (up to 100 kV), high voltage;
1.2. D-140-2 is designed for use in areas with a temperate climate.
1.3. Operating Conditions:
