CH7-38 receiver for determining the frequency deviation of quartz or atomic frequency measures relative to the frequency of exemplary signals (reference) frequency transmitted radio VLF and LF A range.

Device CH7-38 are used for research, development, manufacture, calibration of quartz and quantum-mechanical oscillators, the enthronement of frequency and time standards in a single-time systems and broadcasting systems. Measurement results are displayed in digital form, in CPC format, in parallel BCD code.
